The young Goalie broke into Sérgio Conceição’s FC Porto lineup in 2021. Within three seasons, he has helped his team win five domestic trophies. As of 2022, many soccer pundits agree that Diogo has earned a reputation as the most promising young goalkeeper in the world.

At the time he achieved so much success with FC Porto’s youth, the Goalkeeper met Catarina Machado. She is Diogo Costa’s wife in the making. As I write this memoir, both lovers are just about to become parents of a child, their son.
