Our version of Kyle Walker’s Biography, including his Childhood Story, brings you a full account of notable events from his childhood time to date.

The analysis of the Ex-Spurs and English professional footballer involves his life story before fame, relationship life, family life and many OFF-Pitch little-known facts about him.

Yes, everyone knows about his abilities, which has seen him dominate his position as one of the best Right Back in the World. However, not many fans have read Kyle Walker’s Biography, which is quite interesting. Now, without further ado, let’s begin.

Kyle Walker Childhood Story – Early Life and Family Background:

For Biography starters, Kyle Andrew Walker was born on the 28th day of May 1990 in Sheffield, United Kingdom. He was born to a British mother, Tracey Walker, and a Jamaican father, Michael Walker.

Did you know?… Kyle Walker’s childhood life was centred around his childhood best friend, Danny Rose.

Kyle grew up alongside his childhood best friend and fellow Jamaican, Danny Rose, in Yorkshire, Northern England. Both of their parents have a strong relationship to date.

His former Spurs teammate and childhood best friend Danny Rose is just one month younger than him.

Both had a successful early football start. They were fond of playing against one another during their school days in Yorkshire.

Fate once brought them together, even though both went on their separate path early in their career.

About Annie Kilner – Kyle Walker’s Girlfriend and Wife to be:

Kyle has been in a relationship with his long-term girlfriend, Annie Kilner. Beautiful Annie Kilner is a full-time glamour model.

The pair have been dating since way back in 2011, after a meeting in their hometown of Sheffield.

Annie, the stunning glamour model, has been an ever-present feature in the stands. In fact, Kyle’s obsessive cleaning and handsomeness drive Annie mad.

Walker once said: “I like things to be clean. I don’t like a mess. My missus will probably tell you that I drive her outrageous with all my cleanliness.”

Both lovers currently have two kids named Roman and Riann Walker. The model girlfriend of Kyle Walker once kept her boy Riann close as she enjoyed an outing with her mum.

She showed off her figure in a pair of skin-tight white jeans, ripped at the knee.

Annie carried her little boy in her arms while a family member took charge of the buggy. Kyle and Annie love to spend quality time on the water driving a speedboat.

Kyle Walker Family Life:

To start with, Kyle is originally from a lower-middle-class family background until his football investment paid off for his Jamaican father, Michael Walker. Below are Michael and Tracey Walker with their son, Kyle.

Jamaican Michael Walker, upon landing in Britain from Jamaica, met and fell in love with Tracey, who gave birth to her lookalike son. Both parents have been very helpful to their son from the onset. Kyle once said…

“When I was young, I was told I’d be joining Northampton on loan, but I’d never driven on the motorway before, so I had to follow my mum and dad down the M1,

Kyle continued… “My dad was petrified of me driving on the motorway and thought I was going to kill myself or something. They both drove me to train and play matches for years.

Walker is now a big boy. He is now taking very good care of his parents, just as they once took care of him.

Just like Raheem Sterling, Theo Walcott, Daniel Sturridge, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Kyle Walker has a rich Jamaican heritage.

Kyle Walker Bio – Blades Background:

First thing first, Kyle started his career at Sheffield United, where he became the youngest player in the Club’s history to appear at Wembley when he played against Burnley in the 2008/09 Championship play-off final.

The Loan Master:

He joined Tottenham as a 19-year-old, having made just seven appearances for Sheffield United – but was loaned back to the Blades for the 2009/10 season.

He has since spent time on loan with Northampton Town, QPR and Aston Villa, playing a total of 46 games for the three clubs.

Kyle Walker Bio – The Winner:

Over his time at Spurs and his loan spell at Aston Villa, Walker has made 198 Premier League appearances, scoring five times.

Of those 198 matches, he has been on the winning side 107 times, losing just 39. He has conceded just 206 goals in those 198 games and has registered 18 assists.

Where Is Kyle Walker Now? (2026/27 Update)

As of the 2026/27 season, Kyle Walker is playing his football at Burnley. He has been a regular presence early in the campaign, featuring five times in the Championship and twice in the League Cup, while also earning two caps for England in the UEFA World Cup Qualifiers. Across those nine appearances he has logged 649 minutes on the pitch, without a goal or an assist to his name so far, and has picked up a single yellow card. These are the numbers as they stood on 12 September 2026.

It is the latest chapter in a career that has covered plenty of ground. Walker first emerged at Sheffield United, where he had two spells either side of loans, and gained early experience at Northampton Town in 2008 and Queens Park Rangers in 2010. A brief stint at Aston Villa in 2011 followed, but it was his long run at Tottenham Hotspur from 2009 to 2017, and then Manchester City from 2017 to 2025, that defined his prime years at the top of the English game.

His international story has run in parallel, from the England under-19 and under-21 sides through to 96 senior caps between 2011 and 2025. That City chapter and its ending were explored in detail in our coverage of the Guardiola-Walker fallout in the ‘A Beautiful Obsession’ documentary. Now at Burnley, Walker continues to add to a career that has taken him across some of the most familiar names in English football.
