For Biography starters, Pedro Eliezer Rodríguez Ledesma was born on the 28th day of July 1987 in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain, to his mother, Monserrat Ledesma Encinoso and father, Juan Antonio Rodríguez Pedro. He is the only child of his parents.

Pedro was well trained and had a close bond with his parents. Being better equipped for school and sports was a great start to life for the young lad.

Spanish Baller, Pedro had a late start in football (aged 16). His youth career began in 2003 when he first joined the San Isidro Academy, where he played till 2004.

In 2004, he got the attention of the FC Barcelona academy. Pedro completed the trial at the club, and they invited him afterwards to enter the Catalan club academy.

He continued his studies at the academy and played for the club’s youth team till 2005.

The year 2005 went well for him as he was offered a professional contract, which he signed, and a place in the club’s third team. Between 2005-2007, Pedro Rodríguez became one of the third team’s main players.

The young Spaniard’s impressive displays enabled him to play for the club’s second team starting in 2007, where he scored more goals.

In 2009/2010, Pedro became the first player in history to score in six different club competitions in a single year, a record only matched by Lionel Messi, who did it in 2011.

In total, Pedro played a total of 321 official games for Barcelona’s first team, scoring 99 goals and providing an astonishing 46 assists, of which more than 50% (25) went to Messi.

To start with, Pedro’s mother, Monserrat Ledesma Encinoso and dad, Juan Antonio Rodríguez, have very little information about their personalities on the internet.

Reports from reputable sources, however, reveal that they live in the coastal Spanish city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, popularly regarded as the city of nature.

They’ve done their best to bring up their only son in the best possible way which indeed, has paid off. Pedro provides for his parents every single thing they need.

Who is Carolina Martin? Pedro Rodriguez Lover:

Pedro’s Love Life is worthy of emulation. He started out with Carolina Martin, who is an accountant and is said to be five years older than him. They met when Pedro was 17. At that time, Carolina was 22.

Unlike other players’ girlfriends, Pedro kept his away from the limelight for good reasons. Both love birds got married in the year 2005 after their brief affair. Below are photos showing their union.

The Spanish fourth-tier team from Tenerife got €420,000 from the player’s transfer to Chelsea, a sum which is more than four times their yearly budget (€85,000).

Pedro was the 10th Spaniard to ever play for Chelsea FC in the English Premier League.
