Until football finally paid off for him, Toni Kroos was originally from a middle-class family background.

Toni Kroos’ father, Roland Kroos, was a former professional wrestler who later became a youth coach. He is the youth coach for Hansa Rostock at the time of writing.

He began his youth coaching career by first training his two sons at Greifswalder SC.

Toni was once missing up to 40 days during the school year due to training. For the 2007–08 season, at the age of 17, Kroos was promoted to Bayern’s senior team.

In 2006, Toni Kroos started with Bayern Munich’s youth team. He was promoted to the first team in 2007. He was just 17 years old at that time.

This was followed by a loan to Bayern Leverkusen in the 2009/10 season. He played 33 matches for them. Toni ended that season with nine goals and 12 assists.
